Today was Denise's day to go horse riding even though she had not planned to..We took our son horse riding and because we use a particular riding school and Denise is an experienced what I (Andy) call horsey person and she helps out a lot with saddling up most of the horses that are booked for riding during riding lessons etc.
Ray the owner and trainer will often ask Denise if she would like to ride a horse that needs some exercise and are not booked to be ridden.
So today she got to have a ride and loved every minute of it, and I videoed her riding
It is the first time she has seen herself on video ridding a horse.
Afterwards we came home and I (Andy) went straight to the gym for a work out..I did 30 minutes cardio and then weights.
Denise did dinner, we had a curry and it was very nice. Then after a short time of relaxing we did some more work on computer whilst drinking tea and eating a few chocolate biscuits mmmmmm yummmy..!
And now we are off to bed, so good night...snoozzzzZZZZZ.
